Massage Therapy

Massage therapy can do more for you than ease your muscles, clear your conscience, and improve your mood. Research has shown that regular therapeutic massage can help to: relax and soften injured, tired, and overused muscles; enhance immunity by stimulating lymph flow; improve circulation by pumping oxygen and nutrients into tissues and vital organs; lessen depression and anxiety, and improve joint flexibility.

Shelly, our experienced massage therapist, graduated with honors from Everest Massage School in Tacoma. She specializes in deep tissue work, myofascial release and Swedish massage and is integral in getting our patients to reach their optimal health.
